Job Description
As an Inside Sales Agent your responsibilities are:
* Acts as the main contact for sales, ensuring clear and effective communication with customers.
* Handles customer orders and keeps their information up to date in our internal systems.
* Prepares and sends out quotes with accurate pricing.
* Supports both internal and external sales teams with various tasks.
* Encourages customers to use the E-Shop and helps them get started.
* Uses telesales tools and techniques to manage and grow sales, focusing on finding new opportunities and promoting the full range of sealing products.
* Works closely with the external sales team to share updates on ongoing sales projects.
* Responds quickly to customer questions and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Inside Sales Agent Should Have
* Experience in Customer Service order to cash, Sales Support or sales, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
* A detail-oriented professional with a proactive approach to following up on leads and opportunities.
* The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with sales teams located in Belgium and Italy.
* A commercial attitude with strong persuasive and advisory skills, capable of identifying client needs and guiding them toward the right solutions.
* A solution-driven mindset, always looking for ways to support clients and the sales team with practical, value-adding input.
