You will help secure the Group's interests across the full project lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and review legal and contractual documentationProvide legal advice during contract negotiation phasesOversee contract execution (customers and suppliers)Handle legal aspects of public tenders and claims is a plusCollaborate with the Group's Commercial & Legal DepartmentTrain internal teams on legal and contractual best practicesImplement contract management tools (RACI matrix, deviation lists, minutes, etc.)Attend meetings with clients, partners, and suppliers to defend the Group's contractual positionSupport and coach local representatives and project teams in legal and negotiation mattersKnowledge of Intellectual Property and Experience with TradeMark AND Knowledge of intellectual property rights and experience in working with trademark and patent counsel is a plus.Your TeamYou will work within a multidisciplinary team, in close collaboration with legal, commercial, financial, and project teams.You will report to theHead of Legaland collaborate withexternal legal partners and internal business stakeholders.Your Profile Experience, Skills, And QualificationsMaster's degree in Law or equivalent qualificationAt least 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal departmentStrong knowledge of public procurement and international contractsFull proficiency in French, and good working knowledge of English (spoken and written)Proficiency in Microsoft Office toolsWillingness to travel occasionally (10–15%) Personal AttributesAnalytical and structured mindsetProactive, organized, and autonomousResults-oriented and solution-focusedStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsComfortable working in international and multicultural environments What We OfferAttractive salary package, including:Company carMeal vouchersHospitalization, life, and income protection insurancePerformance-based variable compensation (up to 25% of gross annual salary)Profit-sharing planHybrid work policy: Up to 2 remote working days per week after onboardingStructured onboarding program: A comprehensive 6-month training planCareer development: Broad training catalog and international mobility opportunities31 paid leave days per yearRecruitment ProcessReady to take on this exciting challenge?
