Are you a procurement professional ready to step into a high‐visibility, European‐wide role?We're reinforcing our Marketing & Selling Procurement EU team to support a major vendor review program and ongoing category transformation — and we're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, global environment.
This is a temporary assignment (April–September) with the possibility of extension or long‐term employment based on performance and business needs.
What You'll DoYou'll play a key role in supporting procurement activities across multiple European countries, partnering daily with Legal, Finance, cross‐functional teams, and global stakeholders .Your work will include:Supporting category strategy execution & the 360° vendor review programRunning sourcing activities (RFI/RFQ), negotiating terms & managing supplier relationshipsPreparing & analyzing spend, price, and performance dataCoordinating with Legal (contracts) and Finance (performance tracking)Managing stakeholder requests & ensuring compliance with procurement processesEmbedding sustainability criteria into sourcing & contractingDriving operational excellence across tools, dashboards & processesYou'll collaborate across therapeutic areas including immunology, rare diseases, and epilepsy, depending on assigned scope.
Who We're Looking For2–3+ years of (in)direct procurement experience (marketing & sales categories ideal)Strong negotiation, contracting, and supplier relationship management skillsSolid analytical capabilities and proficiency with procurement toolsFluent English with strong communication & presentation skillsAbility to operate in a fast‐changing, non‐hierarchical, international environmentFull‐time availability
Mandatory Criteria — Non‐NegotiableExperience in an international or multinational corporate environmentAbility to articulate strategy clearly in EnglishStrong English presentation skills
