As a Teamleader AP in Antwerp, you will guide an ambitious Accounts Payable team within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities as a Teamleader AP :
* Manage and develop a team of 6 AP professionals, fostering engagement and performance
* Oversee daily AP activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness
* Drive process improvements and workflow automation
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
* Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Treasury, IT, and other finance peers
About you :
* You have 3+ years' experience in leading a transactional accounting team
* You hold a degree in Accounting or Finance
* You are fluent in English and Dutch, with solid VAT knowledge
* You're organized, solution-oriented, and skilled in stakeholder management
* Experience with Microsoft D365 or Power BI is a plus
