From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a Premium Sportswear brand a Assistant Store Manager in Sint-Niklaas.
In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.
Main responsibilities of the Assistant Store Manager:
Leading the team and creating a positive, energetic work atmosphere
Actively contributing to achieving sales goals
Recruiting, training and motivating staff to build a strong sales team
Implementing the brand´s guidelines for store layout and product display
Planning and executing promotions and product changes
Representing the brand on the shop floor
* Previous experience in the fashion premium sector in a similar role;
* Strong communication skills in Dutch and good English is an add on to communicate with your area manager, customers and the headquarter. Knowledge of French will be considered as a plus too.
* Strong customer-oriented skills to maintain client contact and build long-term professional and loyal relationships
* Excellent attention to detail to support the company’s needs and deliver a polished and professional service
* Proactive, dynamic, and eager to learn and grow
* Results-driven, with capability to inspire the team and create an adequate working environment;
* Great communication skills;
* Good control of KPIs
