About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Architect to lead the adoption and implementation of AI solutions across a large retail organization. This is a highly visible role that combines technical leadership, architecture design, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with business leaders, product teams, data specialists, and engineers to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
* Define and drive the company's AI architecture strategy and roadmap.
* Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases across multiple departments.
* Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI and advanced analytics solutions.
* Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
* Guide multidisciplinary teams through solution delivery from concept to production.
* Act as a trusted advisor for AI best practices, governance, security, and responsible AI.
* Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Support change management and AI adoption initiatives throughout the organization.
* Mentor engineers, architects, and project teams on AI technologies and implementation approaches.
* Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
Who you are
* Proven experience in a senior AI, data, solution architecture, or technology leadership role.
* Strong track record of delivering enterprise AI initiatives and driving adoption at scale.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-makers.
* Ability to bridge business needs and technical execution.
* Strong understanding of AI governance, scalability, security, and operationalization.

* Azure AI Services / Azure OpenAI
* Data architecture and modern data platforms
* Databricks
* AI/ML deployment and MLOps concepts
* API and enterprise integration architecture
