They are currently recruiting forSAP PP/QM Consultantto be based in Hoboken, Belgium.Department description and responsibilities:We provide and manage on a global scale a variety of IT services covering all IT layers: from network, server & cloud infrastructure, end user devices & Service Desk to best-in-class applications and data & digital solutions.Project description:Primary Focus AreasProduction Execution (PE): Deep expertise in SAP PE processes within a manufacturing environment, including shop floor integration and execution workflows. Experience with EWM integration is preferred.Quality Management (QM): Strong experience in SAP QM, particularly integration with Labvantage or similar LIMS systems.PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling): Solid understanding of PPDS in a manufacturing context, with ability to align planning and execution.Primary Tasks and responsibilities:Lead and support end-to-end SAP implementations in production being fitgap, system set-up and functional design documentation, training, UAT, data gathering and migration, go-live support and documentation, ensuring seamless integration with logistics, controlling, and other domains.Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end coverage of business processes.Align closely with other production team members to ensure thorough and detailed process design.Work within both custom-built and template-based SAP environments.Support business stakeholders with clear, structured communication and alignment across domains.Experience with greenfield implementations is a plusTechnical profile requirements:Proven track record in SAP PE, QM, and PPDS in a manufacturing company.Experience with SAP integration across domains such as Logistics, Controlling, and Procurement.Familiarity with the integration of Labvantage or similar LIMS systems and EWM.Ability to debug and troubleshoot SAP issues (preferred).Non-Technical profile requirements:Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.Positive and proactive mindset.Builds strong connections with both team members and business stakeholders.Demonstrates resilience under pressure and adapts to changing priorities.Strong alignment and communication skills across domains.Willingness to travel as needed.Methodology/Certification requirementsMinimum bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experienceSAP certification is an advantageExperience is more important than certificationLanguage proficienciesFluent in English.French or Polish is a plus.Very international working environmentLocationClients site in Hoboken, Belgium3 days/week onsite presence required80% availability may be acceptable for this roleTravel is required (10-20%)Additional travel may be required at project go-liveContractStart date: ASAPInitial contract until end of 2025Extension into 2026
