Compensation & Benefits Consultant (3-month assignment) Waterloo, Belgium | The Cotton Group S.A. – Falk & Ross – B&CAre you an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional with a sharp eye for process improvement and supplier management?We’re looking for a C&B Consultant to join The Cotton Group S.A. for a 3-month mission focused on auditing current practices and driving improvements across Europe.This is a strategic, project-based role where your expertise will directly shape our compensation & benefits policies and help us build a stronger, more competitive employee offering.What you will do Audit existing compensation & benefits policies, including salary structures, bonus schemes, and employee benefits Review and assess processes across multiple countries and identify areas for optimization Evaluate current suppliers/partners (insurances, pension, social secretariat, service providers) and benchmark alternatives Compare internal practices against market standards and industry benchmarks Provide clear, actionable recommendations (quick wins + long-term strategy) Build a roadmap for future implementation and improvementsWhat we’re looking for Strong background in Compensation & Benefits (7–10+ years), ideally with international exposure Proven experience in C&B audits, process optimization, and supplier management Solid knowledge of Belgian and European market practices in compensation & benefits Fluency in English & French (other European languages are a plus) Analytical mindset with strong advisory and communication skills Autonomous, structured, and results-driven consultant profileWhat we offer A short-term, high-impact consulting mission (3 months) The opportunity to shape the C&B strategy of an international textile group Direct exposure to leadership and HR decision-making A mix of onsite (Waterloo) and remote work flexibility Ready to make a difference?
