As we move into our next growth phase, we are looking for a Head of Sales to define and execute our go‑to‑market strategy, strengthen our enterprise presence, and lead a talented team of commercial and customer‑facing professionals.
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for UBench's commercial performance across Europe, spanning both SaaS and services. You will lead and inspire a commercial-focused team ensuring strong alignment across sales, partnerships, key accounts to deliver sustainable growth.
Your mandate
Drive revenue growth across both SaaS and outsourcing services
Collaborate closely with Sofico to maximize brand recognition, market access, and customer relationships
Position UBench as a distinct yet complementary solution for both Sofico-aligned and non‑Sofico clients
Key Responsibilities
Deal-Making & Negotiation
Lead enterprise-level contract negotiations with leasing companies, insurers, and mobility providers
Structure and close high-value SaaS and services agreements, driving growth whilst fostering sustainable, long-term partnerships
Sales Leadership
Define and execute UBench's growth strategy across target markets
Drive pipeline generation and conversion in close collaboration with Sales Managers and the Partner Manager
Personally lead the pursuit and closing of high-impact strategic opportunitiesCustomer Success & Retention
Ensure outstanding value delivery to existing accounts through a team of four Key Account/Customer Success Managers
Develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client lifetime value and strengthen long-term partnerships
Team Building & Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team across sales, partnerships, customer success
Enhance commercial processes, reporting, and performance management to drive accountability and scalable growth
Collaboration with Sofico
Act as the key liaison between UBench and Sofico commercial teams
Leverage Sofico's market presence and partnerships while reinforcing Ubench's distinct value proposition
Pursue joint business opportunities with Sofico while driving independent growth in adjacent markets
Requirements
Experience: 10-15 years in senior commercial, sales, or growth roles, ideally within B2B SaaS Background in the automotive aftermarket and/or insurance ecosystems is a strong plus
Track Record: A history of winning and growing enterprise-level SaaS and/or service contracts, with proven ability to deliver against ambitious growth targets
Leadership: An inspiring people leader who has successfully built and developed multi-disciplinary teams across sales, customer success and customer care
Skills:
Exceptional deal making, negotiation and closing skills
Strength in strategic account management and partner development
Ability to collaborate seamlessly with Sofico while championing UBench's standalone market identity
Language: EN a must, NL/FR/DE/ES as a plus
Mindset: Entrepreneurial and results-driven with the agility to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
