Job Description
* Manage complex agendas, meetings, and priorities for partners and managers
* Prepare, review, and format professional documents and presentations
* Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone calls in French, Dutch, and English
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-up
* Organise business travel and expense follow-up
* Maintain accurate filing systems and client documentation
* Provide general administrative support to the office and project teams
The Successful Applicant
* At least a first relevant experience as a Management Assistant or Administrative Assistant
* Fluent in French, Dutch, and English, both spoken and written
* Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Discreet, reliable, and comfortable working in a confidential environment
* Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Able to work independently while being a true team player
