HR Manager (Belgium / Germany) – Hasselt
We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to support our cross-border workforce in Belgium and Germany (±60 employees). You will manage day-to-day HR operations, coordinate Belgian/German HR topics (contracts, sick leave, social security, payroll coordination), and act as the internal HR point of contact.
You'll work closely with our finance team and external HR partners (e.g. Euroservice in Germany).
Profile
* Experience in Belgian and/or German HR
* Practical knowledge of cross-border employment or payroll administration
* Hands-on, operational mindset
* English required; German and/or Dutch a plus
* Experience in multinational environments is a plus
