Product Owner - Commercial Growth
This role acts as a bridge between commercial teams and IT to ensure that business needs are translated into end-to-end digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in prioritizing and delivering digital solutions that drive growth, improve customer experience, and enable scalable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Ownership & Prioritisation: Act as the primary point of contact for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service regarding digital needs and improvements.
2. Digital Solution Delivery: Translate commercial demands into coherent end-to-end solutions that improve customer experience, sales effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
3. Tech Lead Collaboration : Collaborate closely with other product owners, architects, and platform teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
