Job Description - Roles and ResponsibilitiesDescription/Role:For our Digital Engagement Tribe (Channel Transformation Team), we are looking for a Consultant – Web Author for a part-time assignment (60%).
This consultant will play a key executional role in setting up and implementing digital campaigns and customer interactions across multiple online channels.The role is historically filled by experienced external consultants and requires a high degree of autonomy, accuracy, and reliability.Responsibilities:Create and implement campaign pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for TelenetSet up, execute, and manage e-mail campaigns via SelligentTranslate functional briefings into correct and high-quality technical implementationsAdd and manage service moments in the Telenet app, aligned with customer segmentsCreate and implement web formsWork with push notifications, SMS, and e-mail via SelligentManage and execute work via Jira ticketsTest and validate own work thoroughly (QA)Work on multiple parallel projects while meeting deadlinesCollaborate closely with copywriters, campaign managers, and the CRM managerParticipate in daily stand-ups within the agile team setupRequirements & Qualifications:Medior profile with ±4–5 years of relevant experienceProven experience in digital content management and campaign executionAble to work independently with minimal coachingComfortable operating in complex enterprise environmentsMust have skills:Hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experienceExperience with Selligent or strong willingness and capacity to quickly learn itExperience with marketing and e-mail campaignsStrong technical understanding of mailing setups, contact lists, and CRM processesExperience working with Jira or ticket-driven workflowsExtremely detail-oriented with a strong quality and testing mindsetProactive and self-starting ("plantrekker") mentalityFluency in Dutch and EnglishNice to have skills:Familiarity with agile / tribe-based ways of workingExperience with other CMS or marketing automation toolsExperience in telecom or large enterprise ecosystems
