Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Program Manager who is strategic, collaborative, and adaptable to join our Integrated Program Management team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will lead candidate programs through critical phases of development, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. Your role will involve anticipating risks, enabling informed decision-making, and driving program success in a dynamic environment.
Who you'll work with
You will be working in a team that brings together cross-functional experts, including clinical, regulatory, medical, manufacturing, and access colleagues. Together, you will de-risk and advance promising patient solutions, collaborating closely with Candidate Leads and other stakeholders across the organization.
What you'll do
* Translate strategic goals into clear operational roadmaps, including scope, schedule, and costs.
* Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables with a strong focus on critical priorities.
* Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and report program performance transparently.
* Ensure positive team culture, knowledge sharing, and effective decision-making.
* Represent program progress and updates in leadership and governance forums.
* Apply best practices in program management, fostering continuous improvement.
Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills
* Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., MSc, PhD, MBA) preferred.
* At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Program or project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) is highly desirable.
* Strong experience working in global, diverse, cross-functional teams with complex deliverables.
* Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution with strong risk and issue management.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
