Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the bank's ability to react effectively to critical application or datacenter failures.
* Collaborate with application owners to deliver and validate Application Impact Analysis (AIA), Continuity Run Books (CRB), Disaster Recovery (DR) exercise documents, and follow up on gaps.
* Act as the main contact for multiple tribes on all resiliency topics.
* Monitor infrastructure and application changes impacting resiliency deliverables.
* Lead and support Fortis & IT Group transversal DR exercises, including validation, capacity studies, and coordination with stakeholders.
* Plan and facilitate DR exercises, including risk identification, mitigation, and execution (during nights/weekends when required).
* Build and maintain the Master Run Book (MRB) consolidating actions from CRBs.
* Ensure compliance with regulations (ECB, National Bank of Belgium, Group policies).
* Promote Agile values, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration within the IT Continuity team.
Experience Required:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resiliency Engineer, Security Engineer, OPS Engineer, or Architect.
* Strong knowledge of IT Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Resiliency frameworks.
* Proven experience in stakeholder management, process compliance, and communication best practices.
* Ability to analyze and validate architecture and technical diagrams.
* Familiarity with processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements in resiliency.
* Hands-on experience with technologies such as Windows, Linux, Mainframe, Cloud, Databases, Application Development, or Middleware.
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
