Sales Manager Belgium
Reports to: VP Sales & Marketing France & Benelux
Our client is a leading global provider of medical-surgical products and healthcare supply chain solutions, serving the full continuum of care, from hospitals, clinics and ambulatory surgery centres to long-term care and home-based providers.
As Sales Manager Belgium, you lead and develop a high-performing sales and clinical sales team. You drive revenue growth, strengthen key customer relationships and ensure the right structure, processes and execution to support long-term success in the Belgian market.
Key responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop Account Managers and Clinical Sales Representatives
* Build and retain high-performing teams
* Drive sales growth and achieve regional targets
* Develop strategic relationships with key and high-value customers
* Own pricing and margin management
* Ensure strong CRM usage and execution of account plans
* Implement commercial campaigns and lead-generation initiatives
Your profile
* 5+ years' experience in sales management or key account management
* Healthcare experience is a strong asset
* Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
* High commercial and analytical acumen
* Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
* Willing to travel ±50%
