As a Senior Master Data Architect specialized in Informatica, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Informatica tool suite. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop MDM strategies that align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Informatica MDM and related tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and development of MDM solutions using the Informatica tool suite, including Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica Data Quality, and other related tools.
2. Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new MDM opportunities, and support the development of proposals and client presentations.
3. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their master data requirements and develop MDM strategies that align with business objectives.
4. Develop data models, data integration workflows, and data quality rules to support MDM initiatives.
5. Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts (including off- and nearshore resources) to implement MDM solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
6. Lead and mentor junior architects and developers, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed.
7. Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to team members.
8. Monitor and track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
9. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
10. Stay current on Informatica MDM best practices, new features, and updates, and recommend enhancements to the platform.
11. Manage relationships with Informatica and other third-party vendors, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment with business objectives.
12. Work closely with the IT team to ensure that MDM solutions are implemented in a scalable and secure manner.
13. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize MDM initiatives and develop roadmaps for implementation.
14. Develop and deliver training programs for end users, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively use the Informatica MDM platform.

Requirements:
15. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
16. 10+ years of experience in MDM, with a focus on Informatica.
17. Strong expertise in Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica Data Quality, and other related tools.
18. Demonstrated success in leading and delivering MDM projects.
19. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
20. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
21. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
22. Knowledge of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, is a plus.
23. Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
24. Experience with other MDM platforms (Reltio, SAP MDM, Stibo) is a plus
25. Relevant certifications, such as Informatica MDM Administrator Specialist Certification, Informatica MDM Developer Specialist Certification, or Informatica MDM Architect Specialist Certification, are highly desirable.
