Job Description
* As part of the replacement of its accounting software, Client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Financial Processes to carry out the following tasks.
Analyse AS IS
* Model, analyze and map the existing financial processes of the Budget & Finance department
Analyse TO BE
* Propose improvements aimed at optimizing processes (digitalization, automation, simplification, etc.)
* Analyze and map the new processes necessary for the agency's operation.
The objectives of these analyses are to:
* Facilitating a fit-gap analysis compared to a target solution = Fedcom (SAP S/4HANA) proposed by the FPS BOSA
* Allowing client to evaluate alternative solutions to Fedcom
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Analyze the existing documentation
* Conducting working sessions and workshops with stakeholders
* Mapping and modeling existing processes ( BPMN methodology )
* Clarifying Fedasil's needs and specific requirements that may lead to change requests for the target solution
* Identify opportunities for improvement: standardization, optimization, automation
Skills
* Business Analysis – Lean methodologies (required)
* Business Analysis methodologies – TOGAF (an asset)
* BPMN modeling language
* Minimum 5 years' experience in financial process mapping, at various levels of granularity
* Minimum 5 years' experience in improving and optimizing financial processes
* Minimum 2 years' experience in managing financial processes at the federal level
* Knowledge of the Fedcom (BOSA) solution and/or associated SAP modules (preferred target profile)
* Ability to engage and unite stakeholders, both in individual interviews and group workshops
* Availability on January 29th and/or 30th, 2026 for a selection interview
