Nitto Belgium was established in 1974 in Genk and is the largest production site in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa) of the Japanese Nitto Group. With more than 500 employees, we develop and manufacture sealing materials and various industrial adhesive tapes such as double-sided tapes and surface protection tapes for industries including automotive, semiconductor, furniture, paper production, aerospace, and metal processing.
Our Position
1. Lead a team of approximately 25 operators in the coating department and ensure they grow in their roles
2. Organize work distribution and optimize machine utilization
3. Maintain a strong focus on excellent qualityManage administrative tasks such as leave requests, work instructions, and reports
4. Prepare analyses and implement improvements
5. Actively participate in meetings
