liAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications /li
liDrive Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure continuous delivery of product increments /li
liPrioritize backlog items based on business value, feasibility, and impact /li
liMonitor project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring timely delivery of milestones /li
liConduct business analysis to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals /li
liIdentify potential blockers and propose solutions to mitigate risks /li
liOversee testing, user acceptance, and implementation of new features or products /li
liProvide training and documentation to ensure successful adoption by end-users /li
liFoster collaboration between multidisciplinary teams, including UX/UI designers, software engineers, and business analysts /li
liReport regularly to senior management on project progress, risks, and outcomes /li

h2Key requirements /h2

liBachelor#39;s or Master#39;s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field /li
li3-5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Ownership, or a related field /li
liStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC) /li
liExperience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent project management tools /li
liExcellent ability to translate business needs into technical requirements /li
liStrong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills /li
liExperience in stakeholder management and change management /li
liStrong verbal and written communication skills in English + French or Dutch /li
liExperience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus /li
