* You drive and execute continuous improvement projects related to
sterility assurance
, including change control management and SOP reviews.
* You manage relationships with aseptic operations to maintain quality and compliance.
* You identify potential quality and compliance risks, helping to mitigate these through established quality systems.
* You perform gap analyses and system effectiveness reviews to support ongoing improvements.
* You guarantee compliance with cGMPs in your area, ensuring proper documentation and training.
* You ensure implementation of adequate training and practices related to
sterility assurance
, including mentoring on the shop floor.
* You contribute to inter-MPU QA meetings, sharing knowledge and reviewing
sterility assurance
issues to foster continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
* You hold a
PhD or Master's degree
in Sciences such as Microbiology, Engineering, Bio-engineering, or Pharmacy, or equivalent experience.
* You have relevant experience in
sterility assurance
within the pharmaceutical industry.
* You are knowledgeable in GxP standards with significant experience.
* You are proficient in
SAP, Excel,
and
Word
.
* You demonstrate strong communication skills and have a hands-on approach to mentoring.
* You build trust and rapport with others, influencing effectively across all levels.
* You are flexible and achievement-oriented, with a mindset focused on knowledge sharing.
* You have good knowledge of
English
and are fluent in
French
(both written and spoken).
