ORTHOPEDICS Sales Representative - Belgium, LIMBURG

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Building upon your foundational sales and product expertise, you will assume responsibility for managing your territory and accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and providing product knowledge and support to healthcare professionals.
Sales & Territory Management
Present and promote CONMED's Orthopedic product portfolio to current and prospective customers, with a strong focus on achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Visit surgeons performing orthopedic and sports medicine procedures, as well as Purchasing Departments, OR Staff, Pharmacy, and Med‐Tech Departments.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by developing key opinion leaders within your assigned accounts.
Prepare business proposals, price quotations, and sales presentations required to support or close opportunities.
Conduct marketing service activities and campaigns to maximize visibility, demand, and profitability.
Technical & Clinical Support
Advise the customer on product usage and capabilities. Build strong relationships within assigned and identified accounts by maintaining and developing key opinion leaders.
Conduct product demonstrations, assemble sets, and perform installations or technical adjustments in the OR or clinical environment.
Advise customers on product capabilities, applications, and best practices for optimal performance.
Training, Education & Collaboration
Deliver confident and effective product presentations and training sessions to all relevant stakeholders.
Participate in national conferences, workshops, and medical education programs to represent the brand and provide product information.
Work closely with Senior Sales Representatives, Marketing, and Management to continuously deepen your technical knowledge and field expertise.
Collaborate cross‐functionally to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.
Compliance & Administration
Prepare field offers/quotes and manage associated administrative duties in line with company procedures by using a CRM system.
Understand and comply with all corporate policies, including business conduct, corporate ethics, quality system requirements, and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate account records, activity reports, and related documentation.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
Provide occasional support in other operational areas when business needs arise.
Report directly to the Sales Manager.
Language Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
MAIN OBJECTIVE
Fully competent in sales Rep job duties. Proven competence in product support and technical assistances in the OR. Fully skilled to perform technical advice in standard/basic orthopedic cases.
You will be responsible for achieving the sales budget for a given geographic area; as well as commercial and sales objectives ensuring that customer needs are met and determining customer-focused solutions, in addition to following general commercial guidelines.
