Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective
Ensure correct and efficient use of the Scrum framework
Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritization
Help the team deliver Sprint Backlog items and meet the Definition of Done
Track team capacity and velocity for planning and reporting
Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions
Coach the squad to improve self-organisation, collaboration, and Agile maturity
Promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
Address risks, issues, and blockers effectively
Take delivery ownership for features managed by the squad
Manage and follow up on team dependencies
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of recent Scrum Master experience
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira
Understanding of automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and continuous integration practices
Solid knowledge of project management
English mandatory ; Dutch or French is a plus
Master's degree or equivalent
Strong soft skills: servant leadership, empathy, excellent communication, team-building mindset, proactive, collaborative, supports continuous improvement, promotes trust and open feedback, encourages autonomy
Ability to guide teams without imposing authority, using persuasion and coaching
Hybrid working ability ( 50% on-site / 50% homeworking )
