Some of your duties include:
* Opvolgen van algemene mailboxen
* Behandelen van inkomende telefoons
* Uitvoeren van administratieve randtaken
* Versturen van e-mails naar syndicussen voor akkoord op surveys
* loggen en bijhouden van gegevens in Excel
* Inboeken van afspraken
* Regelmatig telefonisch contact met klanten/partners
Your profile
* You are fluent in Dutch and can get by in French
* Je bent communicatief, nauwkeurig en organisatorisch sterk
* Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed in teamverband
