Operations / Office Manager – Professional Services – Brussels Join a prestigious international firm as Operations Manager, leading the daily operations of their Brussels office. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations (EME), you will oversee a dynamic team and ensure excellence in service delivery across facilities, hospitality, travel, and events. This is a key position for an agile and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations including reception, travel, hospitality, facilities, and events, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency. Lead annual budget preparation and vendor negotiations in collaboration with the Global Controller and EME Director of Operations. Develop and implement office policies in line with health, safety, and compliance standards. Plan and manage internal and client-facing events in coordination with HR and Business Development teams. Act as the main point of contact for vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders, coordinating building and facilities projects. Your Profile A Bachelor’s degree A strong track record in a similar role, ideally within legal or professional services. Proven leadership in people management, project execution, and supplier coordination. Solid knowledge of local legislation and operational best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch. Level 2 Prevention Advisor certification is a plus (or willingness to train, fully funded). What’s in it for you?
