We are currently seeking an experienced Fab Reporting Business Analyst to join a dynamic and innovative environment in Leuven. This is an exciting long-term contract opportunity to work within a cutting-edge manufacturing (fab) setting, supporting data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing and operations to gather and define reporting requirements
* Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for fab performance and KPIs
* Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and optimisation opportunities
* Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
* Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to ensure robust data pipelines and reporting accuracy
* Support continuous improvement initiatives by delivering actionable insights
* Ensure data integrity, governance, and standardisation across reporting systems
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech environments
* Strong expertise in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
* Experience working with large-scale production or fab-related data is highly desirable
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
