We are seeking a strategic and client-oriented Key Account Manager to join a growing organization specializing in tailored, human-centered safety and service solutions. Operating across various industries—including corporate, retail, and public venues—the company supports clients in delivering both operational security and elevated user experiences.
Role Overview
The Key Account Manager will play a critical role in driving commercial growth, maintaining and expanding key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities across international markets. Working closely with operations, internal sales, and marketing, you will help translate client needs into actionable commercial strategies and service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead prospecting efforts and build long-term client relationships
· Drive up- and cross-selling across an existing international portfolio
· Manage commercial negotiations and finalize client contracts
· Support the preparation of annual commercial action plans
· Monitor and optimize the full sales pipeline and CRM tools
· Collaborate with marketing to increase qualified leads and brand visibility
· Prepare commercial proposals and tailored quotations
· Coordinate with operations on resource capacity and service delivery alignment
Profile
· 3–5 years of experience in B2B account management, preferably in services or operational environments
· Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills (80% hunter, 20% farmer profile)
· Structured, analytical, and autonomous working style
· Fluent in Dutch with good knowledge of French and English
· Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven culture
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, or a related field
