We are currently supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Antwerp region who is looking for a freelance QA Specialist with strong expertise in process and cleaning validation.
This is a hands-on GMP compliance role within a highly regulated environment, supporting both ongoing operations and critical lifecycle validation activities, including new product introductions.
🔍 Your Role
You will act as a key QA partner supporting validation activities across the site, ensuring full compliance with GMP and Annex 15 requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* QA oversight of process and cleaning validation activities
* Review and approval of validation protocols, reports, and risk assessments
* Support for New Product Introductions (NPI) and tech transfer projects
* Contribution to CPV (Continued Process Verification) and lifecycle validation
* Ensuring compliance with GMP and EU Annex 15 guidelines
* Support during audits and regulatory inspections
* Review of cleaning validation strategies, VMPs, and documentation
* Execution and assessment of MACO calculations and cleaning evaluations
* Participation in cleaning performance reviews and monitoring activities
🧠 Your Profile
* 3–5+ years’ experience in QA within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment
* Strong expertise in process validation and cleaning validation
* Solid understanding of Annex 15 and GMP compliance expectations
* Experience with NPI, tech transfer, CPV, and lifecycle validation
* Strong documentation review and approval capability
* Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven mindset
* Able to work independently in a freelance / contract role
* Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)
