ServiceNow Developer – HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

* HR Services Configuration – Design and implement HR services, case management, and workflows tailored to business needs.
* Appointment Booking for HRSD – Configure and customize the appointment booking feature for HR users and managers.
* Record Producers – Develop and enhance record producers to streamline HR case creation and employee self-service.
* HR Integrations (Future Focus) – Planning and implementing integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external HR systems, leveraging Integration Hub and APIs.
