Our client is a famous european institution located in Kirchberg (Luxembourg). They are looking for a Legal - administrative assistant for an assignment of 2 months with possibility of extension until 1 year.
You have certified secondary education, complemented by a 2-year qualification in a relevé field (e.g., secretarial studies, business administration).
As an Administrative Assistant, you :
* Edit and proofread outgoing documents to ensure compliance with administrative procedures and maintain high-quality standards.
* Carry out general secretarial and administrative tasks, including document control, mail distribution, filing, and organising meetings.
* Prepare draft correspondence on various topics, including notes, reports, and presentations.
* Verify data for contractual documents and coordinate with other Directorates to assist lawyers in drafting contracts and other legal documents.
* Contribute to improving records management processes within the Division and Department by making practical suggestions.

You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in similar or related roles. Experience as a secretary or administrative/legal assistant in a law firm, corporate legal department, or another legal environment is a clear advantage.
You have strong skills in standard IT and office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Acrobat, and office hardware such as printers and scanners. Familiarity with electronic document management systems, electronic archiving, and reporting tools is considered an asset.
You have an excellent command of English
