**Job Description: BIM Project Manager**
You will manage the entire lifecycle of a Building Information Modeling (BIM) project from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:
* SUPPORTING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF BIM PROCESSES AND TOOLS WITHIN THE PROJECT TEAM.
* CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF A BIM MANAGEMENT PLAN ALIGNED WITH PROJECT GOALS.
* ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH THE BIM EXECUTION PLAN.
* DEFINING KEY BIM INFORMATION WORKFLOWS AND PROCEDURES.
* IDENTIFYING REQUIRED BIM RESOURCES AND PROVIDING TRAINING AS NEEDED.
* CREATING A BIM SCHEDULE THAT ALIGNS WITH THE PROJECT TIMELINE.
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
* ACTIONING AS THE MAIN POINT OF CONTACT FOR BIM INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY.
* ASSISTING IN DRAFTING BIM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS.
* ORGANIZING AND CHAIRING BIM COORDINATION MEETINGS.
* Maintaining and updating information within the Information Model.
* Collaborating with the ICT department to back up and restore BIM data.
* Providing remote access and managing access rights to BIM data.
You must possess a strong understanding of construction processes and disciplines. Effective prioritization, leadership, and communication skills are essential in this role.
