Job Description We are looking for a skilled and mission-driven Software Project Manager to lead digital initiatives within public administrations. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects that support public service modernization, ensuring compliance with government standards and alignment with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects within a public sector context. Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Manage cross-functional teams including architects, developers, analysts, and external vendors. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Perform Earned Value Analysis. Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure quality assurance and compliance with IT standards and policies. Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management (Customer & Sopra Steria). Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness. Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned and continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal departments ( SSG Business Lines ), external agencies, and service providers. Ensure projects comply with public procurement regulations and data protection laws. Develop project documentation including business cases, risk assessments, and progress reports. Promote transparency, accountability, and citizen-centric service design.
