A chocolate production facility in Wieze is executing several capacity expansion projects across processing and packaging lines. They are looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer to lead installation and integration of processing equipment.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead installation of chocolate processing equipment including mixers, refiners, conches and tempering systems
* Design and coordinate stainless steel piping systems (liquid chocolate, cocoa butter, ingredients)
* Oversee installation of pumps, heat exchangers and dosing systems
* Ensure systems meet hygienic design standards (EHEDG)
* Coordinate contractors during installation and commissioning phases
* Support start-up and performance testing of new production lines

* Experience in food processing or confectionery production environments
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and hygienic piping
* Experience with thermal processes and temperature-controlled systems
* Experience leading installation and commissioning activities
* Dutch Speaking
