As part of a new European sales organization, Magotteaux creates a strategic position of Regional Sales Manager (Western Europe), based at their site in Vaux-sous-Chèvremont.
Functieomschrijving
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening and retaining the customer portfolio in Western Europe, supporting the development of strategic customer needs while ensuring continuity and revenue growth.
Your missions :
* Defining and steering the sales strategy
You will develop the sales strategy in your area in line with the Group's objectives, with a view to consolidation. You ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable growth of key accounts.
* Managing, inspire and developing your team
You will support your Account Managers in the field, inspiring them by example, ensuring their skills development, and instilling a dynamic focused on relational excellence and loyalty.
* Developing and securing relationships with strategic customers
You consolidate existing partnerships, detect future needs and co-construct action plans. You develop a strong proximity with the main OEMs, especially in German-speaking countries (IKN, GIPO, etc.).
* Structuring sales activities and managing performance
You set clear and motivating objectives, ensure the implementation of chart of accounts, the quality of offers, and the structuring of reporting.
* Be a key player in the Magotteaux organization
As an ambassador for Magotteaux, both internally and externally, you'll represent your team within the European management, Contribute to strategic discussions and provide feedback from the field.
This function involves about 40% of trips to your customers and strategic prospects.
Team
You will manage a team of 11 experienced Account Managers, whose experience within Magotteaux is a major asset. You'll report to Diego Celedon, Sales Director Europe & North Africa.
Profiel
Your technical skills and experience
* Master's degree in sales, marketing or engineering (an MBA is a plus).
* At least 10 years' B2B sales experience in an industrial environment, including team management.
* Strong network in one of the following sectors: mining, cement, aggregates, recycling or heavy industry.
* Ease with CRM tools and sales reporting.
* Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is an asset.
* Excellent command of English, French and German.
