As Technical Support Representative, you will be the trusted partner for our customers to guide them and provide technical support on Hologic Diagnostics products. You will own a solution to the challenges presented and will engage the relevant expertise when you require additional support.
We are looking for a collaborative team player passionate about communication and working in a diverse environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver excellent customer support & experience to end-users for both technical and application issues
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on advanced products and own next actions
Participate in continuous improvement on our processes & service delivery
Take ownership to ensure a smooth customer experience
Willing to become a recognized and trusted expert in Hologic products
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Fluent verbal and written English, Italian and French OR English, Italian and Spanish
Customer Support Experience
Adaptability in a fast pace growing and changing environment
Ability to work independently, with sense of initiative, great attention to detail and a hands-on approach
Having biomedical background will be advantageous
