He will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning solutions, ensuring that personnel are equipped with the necessary knowledge and guidance to meet quality standards, internal procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. ResponsibilitiesDevelop interactive, user-focused online training modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), incorporating gamification and e-Learning best practicesEnhance training experiences through video creation, editing, and visual design, using tools such as Vyond, Synthesia, MS Clipchamp, or Adobe Creative SuitePromote and support the integration of AI tools in training design and share best practices with the teamParticipate in learning needs analysis with stakeholders and SMEs to define effective learning strategiesManage assigned projects end-to-end, identifying risks and escalating when neededCoordinate translation of training content with external providersCollaborate with the Learning Operations team to implement and launch training in the LMSCommunicate and promote training updates to relevant stakeholdersSupport SMEs in developing classroom training materials (e.g., agendas, slides, exercises, trainer guides)Provide KPIs, metrics, and reports on training performance and effectiveness CompetenciesSolid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-Learning methodologiesCreative mindset to design engaging learning experiencesProficiency in Articulate 360 and other authoring toolsStrong skills in video production and visual designAbility to manage and challenge stakeholders on content and learning approachExcellent project management and organisational skillsAbility to analyse learner profiles and adapt training accordinglyProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointFluent in spoken and written EnglishAutonomous, proactive, and collaborative team playerDetail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality content delivery
