You'll be the person who turns research into scalable AI features that global enterprises depend on. As AI Engineer, you build LLM-driven workflows and intelligent agents that power trend analysis, foresight activities, and innovation workflows—effectively becoming an AI strategy analyst for enterprise users.
This is a hybrid role based in Ghent, at least 2 years of hands-on experience working with LLMs.
What you'll do
* Build LLM-driven solutions and AI agents that automate strategy, foresight, and innovation workflows for global enterprise users.
* Develop advanced prompting techniques—prompt-chaining, prompt-structuring, reasoning sequences—to improve accuracy, stability, and contextual relevance.
* Integrate and synthesize massive volumes of structured and unstructured data into enriched LLM contexts to generate precise, personalized outputs.
* Contribute to multilingual conversational capabilities, ensuring the platform can reason across languages and global markets.
* Design and expand MLOps, monitoring, and model observability frameworks to guarantee reliability and performance at scale.
* Translate strategic needs into technical requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and collaborate directly with the CTO and cross-functional teams.
