What will you be doing?
As a Sales & Marketing Assistant at BDO, you will be an important part of the team that helps execute various projects and initiatives. In this hands-on role, you will ensure that processes are followed, manage budgets responsibly, and improve data quality for effective reporting. Your work will help the team deliver great value to clients and stakeholders, covering everything from project planning to ongoing support.
Key competencies :
1. Process Compliance: Ensure that processes and procedures are applied correctly to support project success.
2. Project Management: Help manage local projects by meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
3. Information Coordination: Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
4. Task Planning: Review checklists and create actionable plans to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
5. Budget Oversight: Monitor project finances to keep costs within budget.
6. Data Management: Enhance CRM data quality by taking proactive measures, such as processing bounces and updating information from communications.
7. Quality Assurance: Check layouts and text for presentations, invitations, and other marketing materials to ensure they are professional and consistent.
8. Sales Support: Provide general assistance for local sales activities, including registering for networking events and following up on action items after meetings.
What do you bring to the table?
9. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with initial experience in event management.
10. A background in a consulting environment is preferred.
11. Proficient in Dutch, English, and French.
12. Detail-oriented and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
13. Flexible regarding tasks, working hours, and travel.
14. Proactive and hands-on.
