Our client, a leading organization in the transport sector, is looking for a specialist to support customer data management during a large-scale business transformation. This role focuses on processing privacy-related requests within a quality control framework and maintaining data integrity within a complex digital ecosystem.
Manage incoming privacy-related requests in strict accordance with internal procedures and GDPR legislation.
Execute data cleansing activities and resolve automatically generated cleansing cases to ensure database accuracy.
Process incoming data quality requests following established instructions and compliance standards.
Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up on data processing tasks.
Prioritize time-bound deliverables including operational reporting and data processing in a high-pressure environment.
3+ years of experience as a business user with SAP CRM on-premise.
3+ years of experience in a comparable data management role involving high levels of confidentiality.
3+ years of experience working within a public or highly regulated organization.
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
You bring proven knowledge of GDPR and regional privacy legislation.
You're able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
You are fluent in Dutch or French at a C1 or C2 level.
Nice to Haves
Experience in roles involving project coordination or operational reporting.
Familiarity with large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation environments.
