Are you passionate about precision, process optimization, and financial accuracy in logistics? Join our Air Logistics team as a Revenue Care Specialist, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring revenue integrity and operational excellence. In this position, you’ll manage invoicing, financial system logs, and supplier invoice acknowledgments, while contributing to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
How you create impact
1. Manage key revenue-related tasks such as preparing customer invoices, confirming gross profit, and acknowledging supplier invoices.
2. Ensure all financial data is accurate, submitted on time, and aligned with internal guidelines.
3. Support monthly financial closing activities and assist with reporting.
4. Contribute to automation efforts, including improving invoice processing and streamlining financial file closures.
5. Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve issues related to customer charges and supplier costs.
6. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in airline billing (CASS) and help improve related processes.
7. Maintain strong communication with global finance and revenue care teams.
8. Review shipment and financial files thoroughly before escalating issues or requesting exceptions.
What we would like you to bring
9. A degree in Logistics, Finance, or a related field is required.
10. Previous experience in freight forwarding or finance is an advantage.
11. Solid understanding of freight forwarding processes and financial principles – or a strong willingness to learn.
12. Communicative in both English and Dutch.
13. Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.
14. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
15. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
16. A collaborative team player with effective communication skills.
