You’ll act as a RewardFlex expert and advocate, helping partners understand the solution, presenting it in simple terms, and enabling them to onboard and support their own clients with confidence. Your key responsibilities Be the product go-to : Deliver demos of RewardFlex and support partners in understanding the value of our solution. Support onboarding : Help partner teams get up and running – from training sessions to answering product-related questions. Represent RewardFlex at events : Speak at partner events and industry meetups (mostly in NL), and help make our product visible and trusted in the market. Provide basic legal context : Have a working understanding of the cafeteria plan and federal mobility budget to explain how RewardFlex fits into these frameworks – you’ll always have support from our legal team for complex cases. Work hand-in-hand with our partners department : Coordinate efforts to energize and enable our indirect channel, aligning on training, communication, and follow-up. What We’re Looking For You have an interest in employee benefits and a basic understanding of the legal frameworks around them (you don’t need to be a legal expert). You’re confident giving product demos and enjoy making things clear and actionable. You’re comfortable speaking on stage and presenting in Dutch (NL), with good command of English (French is a plus) You’re proactive, a team player, and enjoy building relationships with both internal teams and external partners. Nice to Have Experience working with or within social secretaries, payroll providers, or HR tech companies. Background in B2B SaaS, consulting, or employee benefits.
