Senior full stack developer

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a collaborative engineering team building a large-scale, business-critical digital platform!

The Role

You'll work as part of an Agile engineering team, taking ownership of technical delivery across both frontend and backend development. This is a hands-on senior position where you'll contribute to architecture, drive engineering best practices, and help shape the future of a high-impact platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build modern, performant frontend applications using React.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases in a production environment.
• Contribute to architecture, scalability, security, and technical decision-making.
• Implement automated testing and maintain high code quality standards.
• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team to deliver new features and improvements.
• Coach and support fellow developers while promoting engineering excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Solid experience working with PostgreSQL and relational databases.
• Proven experience building scalable, maintainable software applications.
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, and code quality.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent Dutch language skills are essential (C2 level)
