About the Role
We’re supporting a leading global pharmaceutical company in their search for an experienced Global Key User – Warehouse Management.
In this pivotal role, you’ll act as the bridge between business operations and digital technology, ensuring that SAP Warehouse Management (WM / EWM) solutions effectively support and evolve with global supply chain and manufacturing processes.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide, guiding local key users, standardizing processes, and helping to shape the company’s digital transformation within warehouse management.
What You’ll Do
* Act as a global process and solution expert for warehouse management systems within SAP (WM / EWM).
* Partner with supply chain, manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure global process alignment.
* Identify, design, and oversee SAP change requests and system enhancements.
* Support solution design, testing, and end-user training.
* Drive change management and adoption of new digital solutions across sites.
* Monitor operational system performance, incidents, and service levels (2nd line support).
* Maintain documentation and best practices according to system validation standards.
What We’re Looking For
* 5–10 years’ experience in warehouse management or supply chain operations, ideally within a pharma, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (WM or EWM) – experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
* Background as a Key User, Process Expert, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant bridging business and IT.
* Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across global, multicultural teams.
* Excellent communication skills in English (French is an asset).
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to drive change.
