Job description
As a Zscaler Specialist, you support the rollout and operation of ZIA, ZPA, and ZTNA platforms. Collaboration with internal teams is key to onboarding applications, defining access policies, and troubleshooting secure connectivity across a hybrid environment.
You support automation through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and are responsible for troubleshooting access issues while ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
Working closely with engineers, architects, and product owners, you help develop effective and secure solutions.
Additionally, you document configurations thoroughly and contribute actively to Agile project delivery.
You'll work 2–3 days on-site in Mechelen, Leuven, or Brussels, the remaining days working remotely.
Profile
We’re looking for a hands-on Zscaler specialist with over 5 years’ experience with Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and Zero Trust.
* Strong foundation in networking and cybersecurity principles
* Proficient with automation and scripting tools such as Ansible, Python, and version control platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket
* Experience with Secure Web Gateways (SWG)
* Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, including Ansible and Terraform
Bonus: scripting skills, Zscaler certifications, or experience in regulated environments
You communicate fluently in English, good knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
