Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Specialist to drive our sales efforts. This role involves building relationships with broadcasters, production teams, and media professionals to understand their challenges and showcase how our solutions can transform their workflows.


Key Responsibilities

* Taking ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals.
* MATCHING NEEDS TO SOLUTIONS: You are passionate about understanding customer challenges and showing them how our solutions can make their lives easier.
* BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Building long-term, strategic partnerships. You're not just selling; you're relationship-building.
* Qualifying and prioritizing leads: spotting the best opportunities and focusing your energy where it matters most.
* Finding new opportunities: helping us grow by identifying new markets and uncovering fresh business potential.


Requirements

* Experience: a first experience as an Account Executive or Business Development Representative and experience with the full sales cycle.
* DRIVE: What matters to us is your drive, your ability to think outside the box, and your eagerness to learn.
* CURIOUSITY: Intellectually curious, eager to learn, and adaptable to change.
* TOOLs: CRM & Sales Automation tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesforce or similar are your sidekicks.
* ORGANIZATION AND FOLLOW-UP: Time & calendar management have no secrets for you, and you always stay on top of follow-ups.
* PROACTIVITY AND COLLABORATION: A great proactive attitude and ability to collaborate in a small-sized team.
* LANGUAGE: Fluency in English.
* LOCATION: You're Belgium based so you can pop into our lively office 2x a week.
