🚀 Junior Account Executive / Business Development - SaaS Growth (Ghent)

Your Role
As a Senior AE / Business Development professional, you’ll take ownership of driving new business growth, managing the full sales cycle, and closing high-value deals. You’ll focus on expanding our presence in Ghent and across Belgium, working closely with leadership to shape sales strategies. Key responsibilities include:
* Identify, engage, and convert high-potential clients through proactive outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients
* Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers
* Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize campaigns and messaging
* Track performance metrics in CRM and report on pipeline growth and conversion
You Bring
* 3–6+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales, preferably in fast-growing or scaling companies
* Fluent English; Dutch highly preferred
* Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
* Passion for technology and SaaS solutions, with familiarity in the Ghent tech ecosystem
