JOB SUMMARY
The Product Marketing Manager will lead the strategic marketing and communication efforts for our Ingredients, Food, Surfactants, and Personal Care businesses. The mission of this role is to drive growth through innovative product positioning and market development. Acting as a key partner will translate technical product knowledge into compelling value propositions, spearhead new product launches, and expand our presence in global markets.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Product & Market Development: Develop key applications for products and articulate clear value propositions. Identify and develop new customers, markets, and product opportunities. Lead and execute successful new product launches globally.
•Global Support: Support our Specialty Surfactants & Emulsifiers (SSE) business in the U.S. market.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field. MBA or advanced degree in Marketing is a plus.
•Experience: 8 -10 years of progressive marketing experience in Ingredients, Food, Surfactants, Nutrition or Personal Care industries. Strong track record in new product launches, market development, and customer acquisition.
KNOWLEDGE/SPECIALIZED SKILLS:
•Technical understanding of products combined with strategic marketing expertise.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment and manage cross-border projects.
OTHER:
•Travel availability: Up to 20-25% to the US.
