For our client, based in Liège, we are looking for a Production Manager to take ownership of their GMP manufacturing operations.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee production activities, ensure GMP compliance, and drive operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and manage production planning and scheduling
* Oversee manufacturing operations in a controlled environment
* Review and approve batch documentation (MBR/BR)
* Manage the full batch lifecycle from preparation to closure
* Ensure compliance with EU GMP, cGMP, and internal procedures
* Supervise cleanroom operations and contamination control
* Coordinate equipment qualification and maintenance
* Maintain a constant state of inspection readiness
* Lead deviation investigations and change control activities
* Contribute to risk assessments and continuous improvement
* Maintain and update SOPs and training compliance
* Lead and develop the production team
* Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and performance
* Support project implementation and operational readiness
* Ensure material availability and production readiness
* Participate in audits and inspections
Your Profile
* 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
* Strong experience in GMP-regulated environments
* Hands-on experience with batch documentation
* Solid understanding of cleanroom operations and contamination control
* Experience with equipment qualification and maintenance
* Proven team leadership skills
* Knowledge of deviation, change control, and CAPA processes
* Familiar with risk management methodologies
* Autonomous, structured, and adaptable
* Fluent in French and English
