We are seeking our future Lead Integration Platform & Services to develop and drive the global integration architecture and governance of Aliaxis’ Information System landscape.
Based at our Brussels headquarters, this role also aims to oversee the roadmap for the global integration platform and to optimize its operations and services.
Our ideal candidate possesses solid enterprise integration experience with SAP, ideally gained in a global matrix organization, along with strong stakeholder management and influential skills.

Job description
The Global Integration Platform & Services Lead is accountable for:
4. Solution Architecture and GovernanceDevelop, communicate and monitor the global strategy and the standards for integration across Aliaxis systems.Drive the creation and engagement of a cross-regional integration community to enhance the quality of services and deliverables.
5. Product OwnershipDesign and operationalize the Global Integration Platform product roadmap, anticipating industry standard evolutions and internal customer needs.
6. Services & OperationsMonitor integration work at global level to ensure agility and consistency in the application landscape.Ensure efficient and optimized delivery of integration platform operations and services, focusing on cost-effectiveness, SLA, and customer satisfaction.Coordinate planning and sequence integration dependencies based on integration work schedules.
Requirements
7. 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions across various systems and domains.
8. Strong field knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform / Integration Suite, and S/4 Hana.
9. Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Platform as a Service (EiPaaS) and messaging standards/protocols.
10. Proficiency in open architecture principles, standard integration mechanisms, and event-driven architecture.
11. Experience with other integration tools/platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Azure) and EDI is a plus.
12. Excellent stakeholder management and influential skills, effective with technical and functional stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
13. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international matrix organization.
