Job Description As Sales Director, you lead and accelerate the group's development across its two main channels: cash & carry stores and delivery. As a member of the executive committee, you define the commercial strategy, drive growth, and ensure the performance of your teams. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Business Development Define and implement the group's commercial strategy in line with its long‑term ambitions. Identify new market opportunities and create synergies across HORECA product lines. Grow sales revenue and strengthen market share across both store and delivery channels. Conduct competitive intelligence and ensure a clear, differentiated market positioning. Management & Coordination Supervise sales, marketing and field teams. Develop and monitor action plans (sales, promotions, marketing activations, loyalty). Ensure alignment and consistency between store and delivery strategies. Performance & Results Management Track key KPIs: revenue, margins, costs, and profitability. Analyse commercial performance and implement corrective actions when needed. Establish clear and unified reporting for the executive management team. Marketing & Brand Image Define and oversee the HORECA marketing strategy. Coordinate promotional campaigns and visibility initiatives. Strengthen the group's and its subsidiaries' brand awareness while preserving their unique identities. Synergies & Product Optimization Ensure alignment between store and delivery product ranges. Work closely with purchasing teams to guarantee a coherent and competitive offer. Contribute to the commercial differentiation of the group's HORECA offering. The Successful Applicant Master in Economics or Business Engineering Proven experience (minimum 8 to 10 years) in commercial leadership, ideally within the HORECA, distribution, or food industry sectors. Strong understanding of both B2B retail and delivery environments. Solid expertise in team management and commercial project steering. Analytical mindset with a strong results‑oriented approach (proficient in KPI monitoring). Fluent in French and Dutch; English is a plus. Strategic vision combined with strong on‑the‑ground presence.
